Inspect refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine connections
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs if needed
Storm readiness check during hurricane season
Detailed written report and photo documentation after every visit

Our most thorough tier for full peace of mind. Weekly visits with expanded oversight.

Services include everything in the Standard plan, plus:

Expanded inspection of exterior areas
Pool and pool equipment check (if applicable)
Hurricane preparation and post storm inspection
