K2 Property Watch & Stewardship is founded and operated by Katelyn Faust, MPA, LCAM. The company provides homeowners and investors with peace of mind while they are away from their properties.
With a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) and as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Katelyn brings extensive experience managing COAs, HOAs, and residential properties. She currently serves as the on-site manager of a beachfront condominium in Naples, giving her firsthand insight into the unique challenges seasonal residents face and the proactive care their homes require.
K2 Property Watch & Stewardship was created after Katelyn witnessed too many preventable issues while owners were away—air conditioning failures that lead to mold, water leaks, plumbing problems, or appliance malfunctions. Her mission is simple: protect your investment, prevent problems before they occur, and ensure your property is secure.
